You are a fan of fast food, but you would like to eat healthier? No problem. I bring you a healthy recipe for a chicken burger. Adults and children love it.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes
SERVINGS: 9 burgers
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 onion (heat-treated)
- salt, pepper
- garlic in granules
- nutmeg on the tip of the knife
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the ingredients into a mixture and make small burgers with your hands. Bake them in a pan, on coconut oil. You can also put them in the oven, but be careful not to dry them out
- I bought integral buns, but if you have time, make your own homemade ones.
- As a side dish, slice white and red cabbage, grate carrots and combine everything into a “coleslaw salad”. Instead of the sauce that traditionally goes into this salad, make it healthier by mixing yogurt, a teaspoon of mustard, a little honey, a few drops of lemon, salt and garlic in granules
- Place a row of salad, a row of meat in the buns, freshen up with a few leaves of young spinach and delight your taste buds.
Hope you like this one. Enjoy!
