
Spicy pasta with sausages and vegetables is not only warming, but also nutritious and very tasty, real ‘comfort food’ at its best. Also, it is so easy to make that it is not a big challenge even for beginners. So, if you want a perfect meal without any hassle, follow these steps.

INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of broccoli
- 4 tomatoes
- 500 g of pasta (for example, penne rigata) 5 sprigs of basil
- 250 g of coarsely ground pork loins
- 1 shallot (onion)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
- Clean the broccoli, rinse, divide into florets, cook for 4 minutes in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut them, remove the seeds and cut the meat into cubes.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in salted water until they are al dente.
- Rinse the basil, dry it, tear off the leaves and cut them into strips.
- Cut the roast into slices. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage well on all sides. Add onion, garlic and pine nuts and fry everything together for another 3 minutes.
- Then carefully mix in the tomatoes and broccoli and briefly heat everything up.
- Drain the cooked pasta, transfer it to the pan and mix everything well. Taste, check if you need more salt and pepper or any other spices of your choice, sprinkle with basil and serve.
